Refund policy

Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
